At Frame Full of Memories, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep. Please read our Returns, and Refunds Policy carefully to understand how we handle product returns, and refunds.
1. Returns & Refund Policy
- We accept returns only in case of damages in-transit or manufacturing defects.
- Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and/or in the original packaging.
- Custom Made/Commissioned items cannot be returned.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
You may request return within 7 days of receiving product.
- If return approved, refund will be credited within 7 days.
- Exchange or replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.
In case of prepaid orders canceled before shipping, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 hours or once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
Fill out the Contact Us form on our website with your order number and issue details.
Attach clear photos of the product (in case of damage/defect).
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Order fulfilment times are calculated post order confirmation.
- Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes are beyond our control.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the order received is defective). An unboxing video needs to be shared within 24-48 working hours of receiving the order.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy –
The Frame Full Of Memories (https://framefullofmemories.com) may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.thehouseofthings.com would be the final decision subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
CANCELLATION
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, please contact our concierge at +91-7427870577 or email us athello@framefullofmemories.com to discuss cancellation options.
- Please specify the reason for your return in the email, along with your order details.
- All of the custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For cancellation of hand painted items, call / write to us within 48 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Please inspect the shipment externally upon delivery to your doorstep. This ensures you receive the correct products and helps prevent any potential damage or discrepancies.
- We highly recommend recording a clear video while unboxing your products. In the unfortunate event of any damages, missing parts, or receiving incorrect items, please promptly email us your order number, shipment tracking details, along with photos and videos of the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
